Can believe the service I've just had from Joe, ordered a clear third brake light to replace mine on Wednesday, It arrived this afternoon, all the way from down souutthh to the heart of gods country.

10/10 Joe, I'll be on the phone next month for a spoiler. :thumbsup:
 
Alzay, if you dont mind me asking how much did you pay? mine has a small crack in the corner and needs sorting, wonder if this is a warranty item? doubt it!

Mine got replaced on warranty!
 
It was £48 delivered for the clear one, my old one fell to pieces when I replaced it, Mines cracked in the centre. They arefitted with spring loaded bolts so I reckon they must be torqued to tight.
 
Think I will get in touch with Williams Liverpool first to see if I can get this done under warranty! Cheers for the price Alzay :thumbsup:
 
Joe is a diamond. Ordered the cruise control stalk and it arrived. He knows what he's doing which is a refreshing change. :D

I must be the most unluckiest one then , i have use Joe at sopers twice now, 1st parcel went to another forum member and the second iam still waiting for well over a week now phoned Monday was told it was sent at weekend , phoned Wednesday they said they would find out whats going on and phone me back still awaiting phone call . Not the best service and for very little discount ( 10 % ) which iam sure you could get from your local bmw dealer.

I think for such a little saving on low cost items ill will be driving the 15 mins to my local dealer instead now. :(
 
I emailed him today for the price of the black high gloss grilles. They are cheaper than my local dealer. I'm still waiting for his call to arrange payment. He was so busy today.

You may be right. He has not called me back since yesterday. Then I phoned my local dealer and asked if they could match Soper's price. Local dealer asked me to send them Joe's quote, and now I paid the same price at my local dealer. Job done. If you don't ask, then you don't get. :thumbsup:

A pair of black high gloss kidney grilles should arrive this Saturday.

His colleague got my number for him to call me back, then I also emailed him my delivery address and contact number for arranging payment yesterday afternoon. But I still had no call from him today at all.
 
Well my cable turned up today so at least thats one thing but a call that was promised to let me know still would of been nice .

maybe some ones on holiday and there are short staffed.
 
spoke to Joe today,he checked the mfsw prices for me while I was on the phone (not that I need one) and now it is about 500 quid while the tri-colour one is about 600ish!

it's amazing how strange this was, as I bought mine about 7 or 8 months ago only £230.

he mentioned they are very busy, so if you need to place an order or enquire,do give him a ring rather than sending emails.

when I called them,I had to leave a message but within 5 minutes he rang back :thumbsup:

after nearly a week,I still haven't received the item I ordered been told by Jamie it has been posted but I haven't got it,it wasn't anything expensive but the service wasn't the same,which is a shame!

see what will happen,will let you know.
 
Same here. Ordered cupholders two weeks ago yesterday and was told they would be ready for dispatch last Monday at the latest (waiting on delivery from the continent). Still waiting and not had a chance to phone due to work. Tried phoning today and it just rang out.
