Hi, Joe at Sopers seems to get mentioned a lot for giving discount to members. Is he the only BMW Deakership to do this and also when I call do I ask for him in a particular dept. Or is there a direct Tel. No. ?

But, just on my personal experience of Z4 ownership during this last month, Jamie at Sopers has been brilliant, orders cheaper than collecting at local stealers & arrive in post next day !!! ?

Sopers quoted me some excellent prices last week with delivery included despite the items being heavy. The service hasn't gone downhill as far as I'm concerned.

Well may be Iam unlucky then , used them 4 times and 4 times parts gone missing or sent to a different forum member , or just took ages to get here . And on the discount side I think there have only ever offered 10% at most and you can get that at any dealer . Possibly on more expensive items they may favored well but personly I like to think of it as going for a meal you don't mind paying for good food and service . I like to call collect and fitted in the same day job done and back on road . of course this only my exsperance

Joe & Jamie have both been more than helpful whenever I have enquired and got good discounts from both. At the moment trying to sort something else out, which Jamie has been exceptionally helpful

Another thumbs up for Jamie (thankfully it is also my local dealer - although the car sales staff are in a different league...a much lower one IMHO).

He sorted me a decent price for a steering wheel audio hands free kit and was actually the cheapest place I could find to get a litre top-up bottle of oil.
