From what is being reported this evening the size and scope of the Paris attack would have been something that took weeks of planning and is likely unrelated to Jihadi John death. Also, it seems that Jihadi John was taken out by a Hellfire missile launched from a drone. Likely he did not know what hit him which is a real shame.

Agreed - unrelated due to the sheer time that the Paris attacked must have taken to plan and prepare for.

Shame he went so quick, but glad he's not been captured to spend 20 years going through US court processes, death row, etc. and getting a global audience for it, or if tried in the UK and released in 10 years

It's frustrating feeling for something you have little control over. I am disappointed the immigrants have been welcomed through boarders. Surely our World class intelligence services saw this coming?
