Yep, just did this last week.

Get something with a thin edge ( flat-head screwdriver ) and lever it up and it should come out.

Yeah don't use a screwdriver, at least not without a cloth around it.

They do come out pretty easily so a strong bit of plastic (half a credit card perhaps) should work.

I hate marks but I've learned to live with them and just enjoy the sweet sound of the straight six.

After you've been on that meet in South Wales their will quite a few more marks on the front end,when the rear wheels of the car you are following sprays you with chippings.Front end re spray will be on the cards :driving:
