Jamie's Monaco blue coupe

Gotta love a coupe on CSL's.

The back wheels look quite cambered,is that standard ?

Cant remember mine looking like that..

Thanks mate. Yeah, they are horrifically cambered, looks cool & I don't use it much so tyre wear isn't TOO much of a concern , but it's all tracked up ok so I'm gonna leave it :)

Got yourself a new cool looking plate too I notice

Thankyou Marlon - will have to do it on the PC tomorrow, the plate was a gift from my now ex fiancée. :(

Car looks lovely  , your right Csl's or Vmr's definitely need to be 19" to look right, Im with Mr Wilks though I think

That's what happens when you put lowering springs on a Z4.

Got there in the end! Certainly not an original look, but one of the best.

Those reps have a nice rear dish compared to some others I've seen.

Cheers mate, yeah they're et33 so have a good concave - dearer reps too so the finish is really good

gave it its bi-annual gliptone with the two products from them, love the smell & brings the champagne up like new :)

Wheels look class pal are they hyper silver ? Does it rub being lowered now ? Top work fella

Thanks pal yes they are and no it is close but no rubbing!

Not much to report on the car all is well with it aparts from about a month ago I had a horrible vibration from the drivetrain turns out the propshaft was bent :-/

Well I never, anyway ; new prop, new prop donut and new centre bearing all genuine parts & all is well again!

Small update as of today - when I got the car I sprayed the steering wheel trims gloss black to go with the dash however I was never happy with the finish as you could see where I'd rubbed them down etc so removed them all & sprayed them in semi original looking Matt black - tried satin black before it was too shiny not OEM enough looking for me

And one of him and my daily e39 barge

Thanks for looking

Jamie
