fitted some H&R springs. big improvement in the stance & handling! best money i've spent on the car so far.
I bought & sold some OEMs IFG11 wheels as i felt they were a little too 'bling' for the coupe, although quite nice

bought some OEM motorsport style e90 wheels again, wasnt in love.
so got some 18" BBS CH reps staggered flavour, they were ok , but still looked a little meh on the coupe
finally ordered some Atomic 19" CSL style wheels, the ones i should have got in the first place, which are arriving today! Cant wait!!
had some maintainance work done also which included;
changing the poweflex bushes back to meyle hd. i never planned on changing all the rest of the bushes to powerflex, so felt that one component made of solid plastic & the rest made of soft rubber wasn't for me. i'm a stress engineer by trade & the nature of it all just didn't sit right with me! so back to the Meyle HD and it feels a bit better for me all round , steering less agresive now.
Changed front tie rods inner & outer & had the alignment done (3 times!!) its still got a bit of osciliation over un even surfaces on the motorway but hoping changing the RTAB will cure this.

Had a double take when I saw that picture. Look how similar your mates plate is to mine. What are the chances.??

Jamie changes his alloys more than I change my socks
It's a great thread Jamie - you're doing all us indecisive coupe owners a big favour by trying out a load of different wheels -- will you be taking requests ?![]()
