This was just £17 worth of plastic, yet they gave me plenty of unrushed time - spectre - if you're watching, would get my vote

Not sure they need to, get plenty of good reviews/recommendations whenever someone is looking for a part.

Ordered a new window regulator yesterday, paid etc etc.

Managed to sort my old one out today (thanks Marius) so rang and gingerly asked if I could cancel and get a refund.

No quibbles, straight refund and a very nice chat about how I fixed the old one too.

Great chaps, won't go anywhere else for BMW/mini bits
 
Another recommendation here. I spoke to Mark last Friday to order a cruise control stalk and it arrived Saturday morning. Genuinely easy to deal with.
 
Dealt with Mark at Sopers several times. Always found him excellent to deal with and the service first class :thumbsup:
