For what it's worth, no offence so far in either guise. I did think on occasion that Señor Bond needed debriefing but I got the impression from your posts that you (and your family and GP) were on the case. Hope you come back when you're ready.
 
Ahh I see. All of Mr Bonds posts have now been deleted from that thread though.

I was travelling to Cornwall most of the day yesterday so missed all the fun.
 
Well James, Nick..I did'nt think you'd really sell but if it's right for you then that's great, I wish you well and maybe we'll see the M when purchased :wink: if you decide to be back on the forum.

As a side note, this is the 1st forum I've ever looked at and since out of interest have nosey'do at a few builders and other car forums and, well, bloody hell some of them are fighting pits, someone only has to give a wrong reply to a question and they get absolutely slaughtered, called from a t**t to an effing moronic f**kwit, it's positively restrained here..! Some in America are just plain obnoxious from the outset.

Took me a while to get used to how friendly most posters are on this forum :thumbsup:

Even the "Attacks" on Nick were much more subdued than other forums I've used in the past :).

You need a thick skin in order to deal with replies from the keyboard warriors :D.

That and the ignore button :thumbsup:

I'll fill you in John, coz I'm at the brunt of it!

Turns out that Nick&sandra, you remember him, the guy that continually posted drivel about selling his zed for £8,000, then not selling, then selling for £12,000 etc etc who ended up throwing his toys out of his pram when people started to question him. Well, he disappeared off the forum only to reappear as jamesbond (I know hilarious!) and started posting about how he loved his 35is, then wasn't so sure, then fell in love with it, then decided that he didn't like it, then was selling it, all after doing 360 miles in it.
So as people started to question his indecisions he replied with really foul and abusive language towards a "newbie" but somehow I get slated for saying he was a "bellend"!?

Anyway, (are you still with me here?) turns out that he's been drinking whilst on medication and that's his excuse for his rants. Anyway certain forum members are now kissing his arse and others (myself included, still think he's a tool).
Then he threw his dummy out of his pram (because he had no toys left) and deleted all his post and told everyone he was leaving.....but he's still here!

So you didn't miss much :rofl:

Well .. obviously this has rattled you cage as well, also I was not pissed up on medication as you put it ! but obviously from you continued posts on this topic, you can not take feedback either .. so as bad as each other. People like you need to be challenged and held to account ... also from your 3000 odd posts, you don't have much to do, also not much in content contribution

I don't like internet bully s .. and Lux .. that is exactly what you are, a faceless bully who also find it to take criticism and feedback.. go to a mirror have a good hard look
 
I've never understood why people (not aimed at any one person) post asking to be removed/deleted etc and then carry on posting on the very same thread where they asked to be removed? Extremely odd IMO. I choose not to post on the more volatile threads but read them with amusement. As I said, not directed at an individual as I've seen a few go the same way.
 
Ahhh I missed that thread as don't browse the Cars For Sale much.

Have to say some pretty disgraceful comments towards James and well out of order, not surprised at all if he doesn't venture on here anymore.

Its upto James whatever he does with his Zed, so what if he's done such little mileage, never understand why people seem to get so hung up about it, his money, his car. Who cares it's James's decision but people making personal insults towards the guy need a warning or otherwise banned from the site.

I may be wrong but if someone has some medical problem and people know about it then cut some slack and have some understanding.

Understand you comment .. I was deleting my old comments from my old account as I did ask for it to be removed .. but for what ever reason the moderators did not remove it

Also in a strange way this was my way of starting a new clean slate as it where, as on occasions I agree some of my posts where not ideal either which is a fair point

Anyway I have decided to stay .. with a new mission statement that I will be polite and not rude to any member and will try my best not to loose it.

The other main reason for me staying on this forum apart from becoming a moderator if possible .. is to address Cyber internet bullies that seem to exist on this site ..

Message to Lux .. I hold out a olive branch to you .. can we draw a line between us and move on and put our difference aside between us ?? I am happy to do so ?
 
I'm not going to get into a slanging match with you nick/James whatever you are called, but I want to say something back. My post calling you the "b word" was not bullying, that was the only post I put on here until you had a go at me for it and even then I made light of the situation. Also, I wasn't the one who's post has to be censored by the forum because of foul language aimed at a member.
As far as faceless is concerned, as I said I've been on 10+ meets since being a member and have met loads of forum members face to face.
I may not contribute to the forum in a mechanical way as I really have no idea but I have opinions the same as everyone else and am entitled to post them as I choose. By the way I have not had any warning/message from any mods regarding any of my 3000+ posts so I can't see what you are harping on about!

Anyway, I wish you all the best in the future and I hope that whatever illness you have gets better in the future. I will not be responding to any more of your posts so you have no worries about being "bullied" again by me. :wink:


Mods; time to lock this thread me thinks!?
 
FFS ! - I thought this was a forum about cars.

This thread started with a "Good bye, I wont be posting anymore" ... Now its the most active thread on the forum and the bloke supposedly leaving is the most frequent poster !

I think enough has been said from all parties. Now call it a day and everybody move on. :headbang:
