James Gandolfini dies

Tony Soprano was one of my favourite TV characters from one of my favourite shows.
Loved his work in other films. Will be missed. :(
 
Completely gutted by this. Best actor in the best TV series I have ever watched. Sounds like he was a genuinely likeable person too.

Too young to die, so sad.

If anyone has seen the more recent 'Zero Dark Thirty' you will know what I mean

But yes, a great actor who worked his way up the slippery career ladder. Just unfortunate he didn't put the same amount of effort into his ever expanding waist line

Yes, was a shame to hear this too, he was a very good actor. Like others have said, loved the Sopranos, and his character was one of the best. He was good in films too, even in Killing them softly/tho it wasn't a great film in itself.

RIP indeed.
