Jacking the rear

Can the rear of the z4 be jacked safely from somewhere in the center of the rear, like under the diff.

I ask as once my z4 is in the garage I can’t get down the passenger side to use the jacking points, and want to do some work under it.

Yes, not on the diff but where the two cross braces meet is an approved jacking point.

Yes, not on the diff but where the two cross braces meet is an approved jacking point.

A block of softwood is useful for the two bolts to sink into; spread the pressure a little.
