Jacking a E89

I have a jack I bought for my previous E85 and I would like to jack my E89 . Has anyone done this ?. I e is the jack man enough to take the weight of the E89?

Very open ended question ,so many variables you haven't quantified .... but assuming your just doing one wheel at a time and the jack you had for your E85 was safe , I see no reason why not . I have a E46 jack for my M for single wheel lifts , but never used it on my 35i but I suspect it would have been fine .

I have used the same trolly jack on my e89 that I used on my e85. It was fine but it can only just get the car high enough to get a wheel off. If you are doing one corner at a time you should be fine.

I used a low profile jack to lift the back to get the axle stands in so I could remove the back wheels for refurbishment. I used the round rubber inserts on top of the axle stands. I left the jack in place as well as the axle stands for a week until the wheels came back. I then did the same at the front of the car. I was ably assisted by my neighbour who used to be a Volvo mechanic at a main dealers though
