Hey Ron, just passed your favourite place here in NL, Arnhem and the war graves. Fuel price is a bit steep though at €2.65 a litre :o

The fuel is more than a bit steep- it nearly vertical!
Heaven alone knows what it will be mid August. NL seems to have been a bit pricey for petrol in recent years - I have often driven past the fuel station at Ijmuiden ferry terminal.

Went to the museum in Oosterbeek, took this picture as my dad had the same knife he took from the (dead) Germans in Delft
 
My old fella brought a nazi ceremonial dagger to the U.K. in 1945 Im told - but dumped it overboard in Southampton Harbour when they were all warned about the military police searches!

Of course he didn’t get searched!
