Ive got xenon's, should I have angels?

I've recently picked up my 03 Z'd, it's gone xenon, but no angels.

Should it have angels and what's my best way of getting them?

Nope, what you've got is correct for that year. Angles only came on the new shape z4.

You can buy aftermarket angel rings to fit inside your existing lights (requires very careful splitting of lights etc) - a search on here wil give details

Or

There are aftermarket whole headlamps on eBay which have these done, but I'm not sure that they are compatible with factory oem xenons.

Not 100% correct... the facelift cars with Xenons also have a single halo on the inside.

In fairness the reply was 100% correct as it specified 'correct for that year', which as a 2003 has no AE.

I believe by saying new shape, he means the facelift z4 2006-2009. (E85/E86)

But just so it's clear:
Pre 2006 with xenons didn't come with angel eyes. (E85) - original
2006-2009 with xenons came with angel eyes. (E85,E86) - facelift
2009 onward come with angel eyes. (E89) - new shape

So just to get it right Maul 2003 Zed does not have Angels
