It's been two weeks since I found a 335i MSport saloon and paid/had refunded a deposit due to dodgy wastegate actuator on one of the turbos.
Since then I've been looking at 330d's (
thanks Mr WIlks) and Alpina's ( PerryGunn/Ade) but I've also been keeping an eye out for another 335i and finally I found one - in Leicester but as an AUC. Did the deal yesterday, sorted my insurance (£60 refund against the annual Z4MC payment I made in October) and arranged delivery for Monday.
This one is a rare manual too so I should be having lots of baby-M3 fun in it
She's an 07 in black with not a scratch and has the lemon dakota interior, nav, heated seats - the lot. Managed to get £400 off the price and Supagard treatment thrown in (probably a ploy to save another £400 I'd asked off the price as I was quite bullish) - with delivery into London.
Havent driven it but have assurances that there are no issues with the turbos or anything else. The even sent me a personal video of the car and started it up etc. Any problems obviously I'm in a much better position with AUC.
It's not an MC but it will go a long long way helping divert my attention for a while. Pics to follow once I take delivery.
