I've bought one!!!

Just placed a deposit on a Z4M roadster, its from a main dealer so not cheap! but with the package and the pre-delivery preparation it should be nice condition. Will be collecting it on Thursday so can't wait. :driving:

Will post some photos once collected and I'm sure I will have lots of questions.

Nice one Steve.

Make sure you check everything like service history etc.

Look forward to the pictures and first impressions

2007 Titanium Silver, black carbon interior, 46,000, from Synters. Apparently the previous owner wanted to change to a Z4C. Has the all important 1,000 running in service and full service history. It was previously sold from a BMW main dealer so condition and maintenance are good.

My previous was a TVR Griffith so I'm looking forward to something a little bit more civilised.

Welcome buddy
They're a great bunch on here
Not as tail happy as Griffith
But it will happily put rear out all day long:)
It's how I go round most roundabouts much to the amusement of cars behind haha

Congratulations and enjoy picking it up

I went from a TVR Cerbera into a Z4M Roadster and a few seem to go from a TVR to a Z4M, very different cars but both great in their own way. :driving:

Hi Steve,

Sounds like a really nice car (great colour combo) and you done the wise thing by buying it with the all important BMW Warranty.

I did a similar thing in 2002, when I traded in my Griffith 500 for a Z3M Roadster. The appeal of that car, was the ease of use (press a button and down comes the roof + a sweet powerful straight six). But sadly the "M,s" appeal did not last long, the call of V8 was far too strong for me to resist. Hence the M was sold and another Griffith was purchased.

I feel sure that you will not suffer the same fate, because the Z4M has a far better driving position and is a lot more refined.

Happy motoring.
