Hi Nick,
I just had a look on ebay and it looks OK in the photos. The seller has mentioned heated seats (very popular on a Roadster) and cruise control, but it also seems to have the optional rear parking sensors and Multi Function Steering Wheel.
That seat bolster doesn't look too bad - treatment with a kit from someone like Scuffmaster at liquidleather.com ought to sort it.
The wheels look pretty poor, and that style (108) is expensive to refurbish because they are split-rims and need to be dismantled for a proper job. You can try to split them yourself but I've read of a few issues with bolts shearing and threads stripping! Probably easier to just find another set of wheels on here.
It's a shame there isn't a photo of the hard-top. But in good condition and with a stand they can be worth the best part of £1,000 so are well worth having. Even if you never use it you shouldn't have much trouble selling it.
I'd check the MOT history on the gov.uk website to see how it matches up to what service details there are and to the mileage.
If that's all OK, the car looks good in the flesh and you can have a bit of a haggle why not?
