It's such a nice feeling when clients say thank you!

I was recommended to a chap that wanted to buy a Video Data Logger (This is what i specialise in). He purchased it, and had it installed in to his race car. After a few phone calls it became clear that the client was struggling trying to maximise the potential of his new equipment.

A few phone calls later regarding setting up the equipment parameters and most importantly the positioning of the Predictive Lap Timing display in the cockpit / how to use it and eventually I get the email below!

Hi Dario,

Thanks for your help over the last few days. It resulted in me shaving 5 seconds off my best time at Donington on my first race and coming 5th in class.

Best wishes,

Jonathan

One very happy Dario.

I was working with Anthony Reid, Ray Grimes, Jordan Witt and Marcus Glutton on Friday. Anthony was a great driver in the BTCC during 1997-2004 and still very sharp today!

I hate to say this. But saying or sending a heartfelt "thank you" letter/email is getting to be a rare occurrence anymore. Which is rather sad.

Kudos to your client Jonathan. Warm fuzzies are much better than cold prickles.
