The next job is to shorten the front number plate.
It will probably only get to 1000 mles before it goes into hibernation under its cotton sheets at the end of October.

They screwed it on - they sent the video to me when on holiday in Germany - there had been a cockup in communications between departments :headbang:

I wasnt happy as I have a similar plate for her ladyships 335 and I specifically wanted the cars to look alike - their body shop however, did a 100% repair job with a lifetime for warranty on the job for my ownership!

The compensation package we agreed was good for all concerned.

I left as a happy customer and when or if the time comes Ie when I'm really old, that we don't need a car each I will go to trade them both in and get one sensible car - (nothing less than 300 bhp tho !) :rofl:
 
Pics look good but show off the Northeast countryside too well. If we are not careful we will have southerners flocking up here :P

I know what you mean - My wife came to Durham University from Bedford way back in 1966 and never went home.
 
I've got 1,000 miles on it now and I'm impressed. The performance even on light throttle and under 3.5k is good. Fuel is 35mpg on posh petrol.
 
My favourite e89 colour I think. :thumbsup: Even the ubiquitous five twin spokes look good on it. Lovely car.
