It's back and it works

After spending 4 weeks in the garage with airbag and central locking faults my car is back :D
It was finally explained to me that it was not just the relays in the GM5 module but a track had shorted which took a while to diagnose and had to go to a specialist for repair ,strange this only happened after the dash was removed and a loom replaced
There was also a bit of confusion between the repairing garage and the garage I bought it off ( who are paying) over what was wrong and where the car was which had me worrying
Anyway I am happy again now and can start my mod campaign and get some :driving: in
Already got new black carbon badges and "show" plates ( not too ott )to fit and ordered a cruise stalk on the way home (even got discount off Knights)
I was going to fit the gap tech module but they have turned on the remote roof function on the keys for me so that will do for now
First job is to sort out the swimming pool in the boot

Just a nitpick by an electronic engineer, but tracks don't "short". They blow open circuit if something else is shorted out, so either a component catastrophically failed (unlikely) or somebody has screwed up when playing around with the dash looms.
Anyway I'm glad it's all been sorted! :thumbsup:
