It seemed like a good idea at the time...

Having had my E89 23i M-Sport for seven and a half months I had a bit of a man maths moment. The 23i has gone to pastures new courtesy of BMW, and in it's place is a Deep Sea Blue 35i M-Sport Manual.

It's a 2011, with 25,000 miles. It has the Nappa Extended Leather, Professional Speaker system and heated Steering Wheel.
The 23i was a nice car, but an auto, and it always seemed to lack a sense of urgency unless it was in Sport mode and over 4000 RPM.
This one feels more composed on the road although it doesn't have Adaptive suspension, and it certainly goes.
I've also only forgotten that it has a clutch on one occasion (so far).
Cheers, Dave

Stunning car OP - love the colour combination!

And you have a manual Straight 6 - hope it still seems like a good idea!

Thanks for the purchase validation, I knew it was the right thing to do :D
I had planned to keep the 23i for at least a year, but this one came up last month and I though that if I was having a mid-life crisis, I might as well have a fast one...
I've been driving an auto for the past couple of years, and they are very good, but for me a manual is more involving.
I am a little concerned about how quickly the speed limit is left for dust though :driving:
Regards
Dave
