Ok guys im having some problems with my Virgin media superhub! for months now ive used the port forwarding feature to open up a port! 200 to be exact but a few days ago my router fucked up and i had to reset it to default! now the problem is that no matter what i do i cant get port 200 back open!!

i set the port range from 200 to 200 and use TCP/UDP and set the ip as my IPv4 which is 192.168.0.4 and still nothing!

Just tried to set the same port forwarding on mine and it sets it up and enables it instantly.

Try another port and see if that works. If so I guess you'll have to reset the router to factory settings and try again. Not sure if there are settings you need in the superhub though, if so make sure you make a note of them.

ive tried port 100 as well as a test and that also blocked! i use NO-ip but that doesnt have anything to do with the port being open, im using canyouseeme.org to check the ports and it always say connection timed out!

What about the external IP address? If that's changed nothing will work inbound.

I'm not sure tbh?? After the router got reset I thought it was a simple job of just opening the port again??

Ive had this issue with the superhub before. Take a back up, restore it back to factory settings.

Check the firewall is off and that its not double Natting - had this problem recently when upgrading from VM Hub 1 to VM Hub 2
