Daily driver, seeing as it's my only car! I drive it everywhere I go and it always makes me smile. I would never consider buying another car and just using the Z4 at weekends. I''d miss it!

Mine is a daily driver April - October but I have a Ford Edge for utility and trips requiring more than two seats. That said, I've racked up 25,000 miles in 3 summers in the Z4. The Z4 has never been driven from November - March.

My daily commute is 58 miles round trip, but I don't work in from June 20-August 10. Plenty of time to drive and play. :D

Mine has been my daily car for the last year, but after buying my Disco 4 weeks ago, i have not driven the Z apart from one day which was taking it to the MOT station. Got sick of being stuck in the bad weather. The DISCO is gorgeous to drive soooo comfortable with its auto box, which is great after after a bad day at work, also recently the traffic on the M1 junction has been so bad and sitting in it in the M is not fun. Need to get it remapped though as it is a abit slow - can get to 120 in the M before the disco gets to 60  Think i am getting old, even thought about selling the M, where is all the good weather, i need to get the roof down and give it a blast.

I do drive it daily, but only about 5 miles to work, i also have a van I potter about in to do the runabout stuff

I voted 'daily', although it has gotten considerable less mileage after I started getting my motorcycle license and using that as a preferred way to commute. Every now and then I take the Z4 out for a few errands and then the engine noise and power make me decide to take it back to work, only to be stuck in traffic and not being able to drive much more than in a straight line on the highway, so I end up taking the motorcycle back again. The motorcycle costs me 17 euros in fuel a day, while the Z4 runs up to 50 euros in fuel and parking...

I use the 'M' weekends as I need a car for driving around Widnes and Runcorn carrying out building inspections. I fear it would get ruined with all the stop start-in out etc, and of course there is the little matter of fuel costs :o
So I have the MX5 for a daily driver.

Daily driver......done 10k in 4 months in all weathers, and love every moment of it. Well apart from the multiple trips to the petrol station.....

Have to vote for weekend car. Off work at the moment so it gets used on weekdays but for weekend-like activities such as calm and slow Sunday drives... :driving:
For everyday stuff we've got another car. Would never take the Z4 to the supermarket or town car parks when we could take the Focus. In 4 months of owning the Focus it's already been dented or scratched two or three times due to careless arses in car parks. Really glad it's not been the Z4 cos I'd have been looking for blood. When back to work it'll probably get used maybe on a Friday or when the weather is good but anyone who's ever driven the A14 or in Cambridge will know its a complete waste of time having a car like that for sitting in that traffic. May as well have something cheaper and more economical and something special to look forward to at the weekend or for long distance hauls. Both wife & my families live in the Highlands, and I'm chomping at the bit to get the car up there in the summer back to roads where you can enjoy driving again.

Mines a Daily Driver, i have a 323i that sits at home collecting dust.
But I live less then 2 miles from work and i have a covered car park 8)

To make up for the weekdays, on weekends it actually does alot more k's with some spirited drives around the mountains :driving:

Only weekends for me :(

Use my CBR600RR everyday to commute 5 miles to work each day..(no parking..traffic etc) Then treat myself on Saturday and drive the car to work :D :D

It just sits udner my cover in the week on the drive :(
