Is this what I need to fix my heated side mirrors?

Blue tint should be OK as long as its not too 'severe'. Looking at the sellers other items on E bay the backing plate seems to be the same for all of them and presumably the backing plate contains the heater element. I think I would want to compare like for like (ie original with replacement0 before making a purchase. How much does the E Bay price compare with OEM?
 
I'm not sure what an original OEM price would be. Usually this board is really good at giving lots of advice on this but I don't think a lot of people know how to answer this or they would.
 
Ive used them and works no problem. wasnt easy to get the mirror glass off snd even more difficult/fiddly to put back.
I reused the existing OEM backing plate rather than the one supplied that you need to cut to fit
