So I've noticed since buying my z4 the revs at idle aren't staying stable. The rev needle moves slightly up and down, as if the car is searching for the optimum/lowest it can go, then moving slightly higher, then a second later back down etc.
Just wondering if this is common or indicative of a potential problem?
It never feels like it's going to stall or anything like that, it just doesn't stay constant. This all happens between 500rpm and the notch above although the revs are never all the way down to 500
