The video does give caution before viewing, but I don't think it's how it appears, some talk that the woman is a scammer? and looking at the state of the car there is no way she would be sitting there with hardly a scratch. I can only think if it is real she had nothing to do with it and has got into the drivers seat. Just a very odd video.

It's clearly not a real fatal accident but it is meant to shock. The female passenger is on her mobile phone so I'm guessing it's supposed to make people think twice about using a mobile phone whilst driving.

Some times shock tactics get the message across, you must have seen adverts over here about road safety that are shocking. I think it sends a very good message and might make somebody think twice.

Well it's wasted on me. I won't even use the built in phone on the move. If some one at work phones me on there hands free, whilst driving i ask them to call me back when they are not driving. Doesn't make that effort any less sick IMHO :thumbsdown:

As for the woman on her phone - shock does very strange things to people.

Also she could have been getting in before the moron with the phone posted her image all over facebook no doubt with some witty comment about BMW drivers !
