is this broken

hi all.

been looking at buying a z4 3.0si coupe. just noticed on the pictures something odd. is this seat belt guide broken or is it unlatched seems to be this way on both seats.

Probably just unlatched to stop the belt rubbing on the bolster.

Yeah, they snap apart at that point to allow the belt to pull out. Should just snap together again
