Is this a sign of Coupe price decline?

Best to target the car and spec you want first time
Too many people appear to buy first then spend a small fortune bringing their cars up to a similar spec to what is already available on the market
That coupe price looks about right for the miles and spec
17" wheels look stupid on a coupe imo and need changed immediately - driving around at anything more than a snails pace soon reveals the benefit of sport spec seats over SE

My coupé was originally an SE spec'd with sport seats from new. It had MSFW & cruise added. I've just changed the springs to the OEM sport (not M), so mines now effectively a sport spec. The only difference is the lighter coloured headlining, which is nice as it's less claustrophobic

That's surprising, I thought the coupes were all sport spec?

Theyre all SIs , SI SE or SI Sport all have the same engine output & birdbath feature on rear hatch
That's because as per my first post less than 11% ofall coupes were se spec

I've seen that one, but not since the last price reduction - does seem cheap for a 3 litre Coupe!
First Coupe I drove last year when I started looking seriously was an SE, but it was Silver with black interior and I had just spent 6+ years in an E87 that was Silver with black so pretty much a lost cause from the start!
But it also had the worst of both worlds to my mind, SE suspension and seats (which just don't deserve a place in a 3 litre Z4) and 18 inch 108s with lifting lacquer, etc.
Had it had red leather and ideally Sport seats (even with 17 inch wheels) I would probably have bought it if the right deal could have been done.
FWIW I think the market generally favours Sport models (I hope!) and dealers don't always seem to understand the difference - mind you private sellers don't either! I've seen plenty advertised with photos that show options like cruise, multi-function steering wheel, PDC, etc. that don't get a mention in the advert - to get the right price you need to understand what it is and highlight those things in the advert.
Mine is Ruby Black Individual, but it was advertised as "Red" in the auto-populated AT advert based presumably on the V5.
Seller didn't mention Xenons or Professional Hi-Fi 10 Speaker system with 430w either
While this particular E86 may be sliding in value, I hope that is the exception to the rule!
But whatever, I will keep enjoying mine - every time I drive it I can't stop smiling (until I get home and have to stop)!
