I don't think it's a scam. I think the car exists and they are selling it.
Not cheap for a 2.0l with 'issues' IMO.
Still wouldn't go near it for several reasons:
New eBay account (only a few months old).
Also selling a really cheap RR sport.
Recently sold a really cheap RAV4.
One of the feedbacks (of only 2) says they were trying to buy a car for pennies.

The registration number is hidden so it is not possible to check if it has an insurance category. You could have bought a 6-cylinder car by the time you shell out money to fix this car.

I lived nearby for 40 years and went to Chesham a lot for various things.
It is not like Birmingham or Bradford in the slightest IMO.
But I have never bought a BMW from there. I couldn't afford BMWs when I lived in that part of the world, as houses were so expensive!
