Technically it's possible it's not a scam... you certainly cant report something for just being too cheap.... perhaps is a pissed off wife selling ex-hubby's car coz he ran off with the next door neighbour, who knows?!

I rang the number and noticed the ring tone sounded like an American one.

I put the phone down then! Might be a premium number scam.
