I watched the first 2 minutes of that video. Three initials H......G.....H
Stick a brand name on it and call it Cenergenics if you want but that guy is talking about Human Growth Hormones or designer steroids to give them another name. He's either being paid very well or too stupid to realise that he's juicing.

Yep! HGH and a good genetic profile to start with. In his before picture he was still in a lot better shape than most 70 year old blokes. And at the opposite end of the spectrum. Look at Jim Fixx. The guy that started the jogging for health and fun movement. Fell over dead at 52 despite being fit. Genetics got him.
