:o
As my dad used to say
'a fool and their money are easily parted'

What were you looking for to find that.

I've got a half of a £1 note I've had for 40 years (long story) open to offers :)

It was a shared link, honest! ebay logic says half a £1 note will be worth more than a £5 so get it on there :D

After a few drinks, my friend thought it would be funny to put me on eBay...needless to say there wasn't a single bid.

So in answer to your question, yes there is! :D

But the question is, how did you end up looking at a half eaten five pound note on Ebay?

Good question

I have an old Scottish £1 note in my wallet... I also have a much older £5 note tucked in a book somewhere - but I've forgotten which one and can't find it :headbang:

On a side note... 100% feedback :o must be doing something right! I would love it if whoever buys the note left the first bad review

"it was claimed to be only half eaten.. I did the measurements and it was 60% eaten.. would not recommend anyone to this scammer! I'm requesting a refund from PayPal as we speak!"

But, it was really worth nothing as it didnt look like there was a full set of numbers on it.
I have a portion of a £20 note which has one full set of numbers and part of the others. The bank said they cannot do anything with it, wonder if I should stick it on.
