This wood is ok though especially with the design pure white leather interior  shame its an auto :x

mr.tourette...those 6 speed ZF boxes were the first of the new generation with most of the new attributes that differentiates slush boxes from the later boxes as seen on the E89,G29 and modern M5.

You can now have them retrospectively programmed for short duration shifts etc..so providing you push the lever / twiddle the paddles you can get most of the manual box attributes with old fart mode for 99% of your driving..

As a side note I hope you appreciate my concerted attempts to get you into an obsolete Dickensian 6 pot version when a 4 pot would give you better more extensive range of options plus superior speed/acceleration ..oh damm.. I’ve said it now..sorry...

Yep I'm sure its probably a fine box, thing is my last zed of 5 years was an auto and i quite fancy the stick again for a while at least see if i feel like Ive been missing out..I don't think I'm totally averse to the 2.0 turbo if one came up in the right spec that was priced well I'd certainly give one a spin, I think the 2.0 blower prices will drop soon though once the dark nights arrive. I'm thinking of jumping into a cheap stop gap e89 soon though if something doesn't float my boat soon, theres bags of them about..I can then sit back and wait on emails dropping into my inbox instead of being constantly glued to my puter in the hope something new is listed on the bazillion websites im constantly scanning :D

Yep..seen that and its very nice, I'm not looking at signing up to 35i running costs/potential bills though, I tend to keep my cars long term and the 35's have potential to be money pits

[ref]Smartbear[/ref], My head was turned by the BHP, I must grow up soon :-). It was good to learn that 35's can be expensive/troublesome, it's made me wonder if I should include an older coupe in my search.
