Is it acceptable to wear bmw merchandise?

It's the same with any event/sport/hobby - If you're working at a motorsports event, and have the relevant worker gear - then yes, it's your uniform (driver race suit, support team polo/tshirts etc.. or maybe even if you're a VIP team guest and they give you something to wear). I wore a shell branded white lab coat once when a race marshall at the Goodwood Revival.

Alternatively, if you're at an F1 race, i'd not be against people having a team baseball hat on if its sunny...

Walking around town with a BMW tshirt on is pretty lame. It's the same with any sport, if you're 'doing' the sport, sure, if you're not .. you dont walk around Leicester Square wearing Wiggo's yellow jersey or Team Sky stuff.

.. personal thing tho.. do what you want, and ignore anyone who doesn't like what you do. As long as you're not hurting anyone!

i dont own any motor sport shirts or car specific apparel but, i do own a few car related pieces of clothing.
these are the ones i wear to meets or just going out.

i like being able to wear them and show my love far the "car scene". iv actually made a few car guy friends because they saw my shirt while i was out and about and they complimented me/asked where to get it.

I have a full size Fezza Branded beach towel, it's my favorite and I use it often when surfing. It' simply says I like Fezzas and fast cars to anyone who actually notices, no shame in that one. :D

No way on this planet would I have a BMW branded towel though, the Germanic brand image just doesn't fit with beach fun. :thumbsdown:

These are only BMW branded clothes that I have;

Not excactly merchandise tho. :)

Bikers seem a lot more comfortable with branded clothing. I bet Harley Davidson make more on clothing than bikes!

More than likely, its a way of life for Harley owners.
I have a few Dainese and Yamaha t-shirts but would never have any car branded t-shirts.
