Hi guys

Just after some impartial advice from anyone on here who is or knows anyone who’s a friendly septic tank genius...or even better works for enviro agency?

We’re having a bit of a dispute at the mo with neighbours and it’s really taking its toll on Mrs W so just after some help really :(

Us boys in the sticks have septic tanks and tail drains and the occasional visit from the honey cart - what did you need to know?

Not an expert, but recently had to learn a lot about them and deal with the environments agency in regard to an FRA.

Is this a dispute over a shared tank? Heard it can be a nightmare. There is a lawsuit settling near us for close to £100k in legal fees and waste management works.

Well mate, I’m sorry to hear that and hope it gets sorted without too much financial or emotional trauma - not something I’ve had any experience of but maybe someone will have.

In the case I mentioned above, I think the big lesson was that if the affected parties had agreed to split the costs in the first place, they’d all have just paid a few hundred quid each, whereas now the bill is much bigger and they’re still jointly liable. :?

Best thing to do is get an independent opinion.

From a turd party :D

Sorry, couldn't resist.
