iPod integration and phone question

Hi all

I've recently picked up my 03 Z4 I have 2 iPod and phone related questions.

The car has Nav and 8 disc multi changer and a built in phone attachment for an older Nokia.

In an ideal world I would like to be able connect my iPod to the car and see music list on the nav. What are my options here? Can I remove multi changer and swap for iPod, if so how?

On the phone, how can I pair my phone to the car, I assume it doesn't have Bluetooth, how can I tell? What options do I have?
Can I still buy a charging cradle for an iPhone?

You can check to see if it has Bluetooth prep by putting your VIN in to here and check
