Ipod connection

No, you lose the CD changer. Just remove the CD changer and fit the Intravee as I did.

I have SatNav and BT as well, has nothing to do with the Intravee ...

I fitted the lost within an hour, and that was including taking the centre console out far enough to get the tray out as I wanted to drill the holes into that neatly (i.e. not whilst it was in the car). I also wanted to be sure there would not be any rattles from cables anywhere.

Looks like its going to be my next project. I've never done a DIY job on any of my cars. Is there a How to do anywhere for the intravee or if anyone has done it with pics would be great. I dont want to screw up as i always do.

Well Mr Chetalien is aware of how close I am to him, but I've literally just fitted mine.. allbeit still needs tidying.

If you want to come and see how I did it, you're very welcome!

( It's easy, depending on how anal you are on keeping the trim perfect )

I am about 30 minutes away from Tunbridge Wells, near Gatwick.

Bit far to help you :D
Are you near me in Tunbridge Wells? I'd love to see this thing in action before I go ahead and fit it.

I'd be interested in seeing the Intravee working too, maybe we could pop over pvr's neck of the woods one evening or a local pub maybe?

The evenings are lovely and long now and perfect for a drive out. Just an idea... :D

That's convenient for me....

Friday night?

Sounds good.

Had a look on google maps and that looks fine to me. 1.5hrs apparently, so not too late would be good. I'm off all week and not working that day either, but am up to London on Saturday so as early as is convenient for you chaps would be good if possible. :D

What's the best way in to there from sunny Dover?
1) M20, A26>Tonbridge, Penshurst > Blackham > Pub ...or...
2) M20/M25. Exit J6, A22 > Lingfield > Hammerwood > Pub

Raify, I may not have too much to tell you on the retro CC front as I spent the day sightseeing in Newcastle..lol!!!

Nah, it was not me asking about CC :)

I have no specific meetings that day, so can leave any time really (or even lunch time !!) So over to Raify for his timings.

Friday is ok for me. I could either go there straight from work at about 6pm, or any time after that.

Re the best way: Option 2 will probably be the fastest, assuming that Clackett lane is not fubar'd. Option 1 will be more fun but you might get stuck behind mono-speeders. If you're up for a cross country blat, then coming off at M20 jct 10 and driving across country to tun wells and then to Holtye might be another option
