current Z going tomorrow, no need for iPod in replacement so this is for sale



its a gen 5 30Gb iPod classic with (allegedly) genuine Connects lead. All worked perfectly in my Z for 3 years

looking on eBay the iPods seem to be fetching around £60 and the leads £25, plus postage

will sell for £80 posted, I can wipe or leave my music on if you prefer (old rock music fan here)

iPod sold on ebay without the lead

anyone interested in the lead before I list that? works fine, all the controls on the steering wheel and radio head do what you would expect

For £20, it has to be better than the aux lead that I haven't yet got around to fitting!

Just check the photo, car needs to have usb and 3.5mm jack socket

Thanks, I'd assumed that there was another part to it that wasn't shown. Didn't know that any of the bmw stereos had a usb socket.

Rules me out then, sorry (but thanks for the heads up!)

No worries, jack socket in armrest with usb, same in my 5 series and SWMBOs 4 series
