Found an app called "Dynolicious" on Apple's AppStore. It apparently uses the iPhone's very sensitive accelerometer to measure G-forces, speed, distance, etc. and if calibrated to your vehicle's weight can give you some fairly accurate performance data. I'm anxious to give it a try tomorrow. It cost $12.99 (US) which seems like a bargain if it works.
