Ipads - anyone know much about them?

Pages is a good package and Office HD is very good too....

Siri on Pages is great......talking a letter is so bloody easy, along as you are on your own. The a Prime is good, and as good as the iPad, so I'm not biased....pick either and you're doing well
 
I personally see the iPad as being a very limited business tool which has been caught up in this 'apple hysteria'

To the point people are trying to convince others they actually get use out of it other than just Internet and email browsing

Good point, 90% of the time is spent browsing on it....

I watch movies on it, take it on holiday....that kinda thing

Play my music at home on it, and use Pages for letters etc, and writing reports....
 
Funny that as I use mine for business on a daily basis, in fact I gave a full presentation to a major corporation last week on the new iPad... :wink:
 
I have tried to use mine for presentations but because you can't get a remote for it to move slides, it's a little limiting, having to key the screen each time.....but otherwise it works fine....
 
playbook has hdmi out & any recent blackberry will control it as a remote (altho i havent got a bb fone)

i assume you can get some sort of iphone remote app though
