There's 2 apps called Photon and iswifter that are web browsers that play flash.
iswifter lets you use it for 15 mins a day free (which is what I have) but people who have bought it are being plagued by pop up ads.
I might get Photon as it has good reviews.

There's also Dolphin Browser which I use............it serves a porpoise.

I seriously don't think I would go for an iPad next simply because of the flash problem.
They still won't let flash videos play and it annoys me.

Flash is on it's way out, it's not even supported by Android anymore. I only use an iPad at home now and honestly can't think of an occasion where the lack of flash has been an issue.

I shall be ordering a 32gig iPad mini to replace my 3 year old iPad 2. Also considering the cellular version but can tether to my phone and have 5GB/month free, the only other reason is for the GPS.

The biggest story on the keynote was the free upgrade of operating software iOS for Mac and iWork for free. Very smart move indeed.
