Intravee 2 with Alpine box and cables - SOLD

I created an iPhone dock for mine, replaced the ashtray. So it's mounted in the front.
Winnie is purchasing one from toysinyourcar.com so would know full costs (cables, alpine and Intravee)

Imo its not great for use with an iphone... As i prefer to keep my phone in my pocket.

Also my 64gb 4s killed the playlist function! And doesnt work with my 5 with an adapter!

Get a cheapo 8gb ipod nano second hand!

Just priced it all new (out of interest) and Intravee, Alpine, Cable and charging adapter all add up to £300.44 including shipping. phew!
 
With all the cables etc. looks to be about £300 new. Mrs B is actually ok with it... But wants a new ironing board cover apparently :? :P (probably not related to this conversation if I am honest...)

Last question then, do the cables included with this one charge the phone too T2FFN ?

I like using my phone with the car... But I have an old square 8gb iPod nano (3rd gen I think) anyway

You'll need the charge adaptor for an iPhone 4S. There will be a different one for an iPhone 5 but you will need one as the Alpine Cable is to the old style connector.

Looks like the Ridax adapter included in the pics might do the job ? I have a 4s - decided to economise, £29 on a contract vs. £89-120 :roll:

As for fitting, mine was below the Nav. (No CD Changer) and the iPod cable was there too, with the ipod held to the back of the cubby door, so secure, and hidden all in one go :thumbsup:

I know it charges older iPods, as mine is an earlier one, but I dont have/like iPhones so couldn't confirm yay/nay on that front.
