You know that it is the button with the snowflake on that turns the a/c on and off right?
Just coz it’s on auto dont mean a/c is on unless the snowflake is lit.
Leave the snowflake on (and therefore the a/c on) permanently.
If I notice I've got condensation after I use the car I do the opposite, I crack the window (ever so slightly) after I've parked up. Always come back to a completely condensation free car
