Interior smells of "windshield wash liquid"

Sorry for my very bad english, once again...

Recently, when i get into my car in the morning, i smell a strong odor of something like the windshield wash fluid (what would be the exact and correct term for this ? ).
It does not last long (or i get used to it...), but it is definitely there.
I did a quick check inside the car, but could not find any "wet spot" that would indicate a leak of some kind.

Any idea ?

This happened on my old Ford Focus, my current Z4, my girlfrieds Corsa, my Dads Jag and my mums Seat. I have always just assumed that the smell must come through the external air intake for the aircon system. Annoying though!

Yea, thats what happens but usually when you spray your screen

I quite like that smell actually

Is your reservoir completely full? The movement of the car will make some of it spill out which is what you can smell.
