hey guys ... haha it's me again.

yes first when i got my muffler i was all happy thought i can handle all the rattle...

and now i realize it is so PAIN IN MY EARS!!

the rattling comes from the A/C vent area i think

is there any way to fix this myself? (some kind of glue ? if those even exist?) or do i have to get whole new part?

i still have warranty but do you think dealers are even willing to fix this?
i know it's caused by muffler but if only specific area is rattleing , do i have any chances?
this guy who takes care of my car everytime is NUTS.... i got rejected so many times.

i need alot of people who majored Law .. haha any good points to get dealers fix this for me ?

thanks guy help me it's pain !!

BMW will more than likely not be interested as it is an aftermarket part that is causing the problem had the same vibrations on the inside of my old Calibra caused by K+N induction kit made the car feel cheap everything buzzing so i took it off.

You may be able to cure it yourself with some foam or velcro around the vent.

I'm pretty sure any reasonable viewpoint is along the lines of 'you caused it so you have to fix it'. Of course if you swapped the exhaust back the dealer would have to fix it, but then it likley would not rattle.

Strip the offending parts out and see if you can find what's rattling and then as GAZA suggests
