Interior Question Update and poll

Ok I know I've done one of these, but this one is a bit different and it's usefulness to me requires separating it entirely from the theory, dithering and mock up's of before.

This one is a straight bat, one or the other, A or B. I wanted to put it in poll form so it's easier to gauge the overall consensus. There's no contemplating over any alternatives. This time I've used my own car since that's where this is going afterall, and both colours are as near as darn it to those that will be used in relation to the overall picture and it's real life counterpart (According to RAL guidelines). Obviously there will be some deviation with regards to the the screen each of us uses, but the correlation to the rest of the colours in the picture gives a somewhat accurate representation.

I'd really appreciate it if people could drop a quick vote in there so there's a decent enough amount of votes and diversity to gauge who comes out on top. Personally I'm leaning towards the light pearl grey but I'm still very much interested in what other people are partial to.

Oh and it's going in my Montego Blue Zed (in my signature).

AFAIK the BMW blue and black option had black centres and blue bolsters, so if you are going to do something different you might as well make a bit of a statement IMO!

But if I was going for black and Pearl Grey I'd put black on the centres with grey on the bolsters, as the grey does mark quite easily. :(

I'm really looking forward to seeing how this works out - I quite like the idea of doing the centres of mine in Cobalt and leaving the bolsters grey!
 
I think the blue and grey would work well together :)

I did have "BMW" on the centers too but thought better of it. I knew I'd get a rollocking on here!
 
I prefer the Blue in those edits. However I have voted for the grey, as I can't see the colbalt blue stain coming out all shiny, as it appears above. :wink:
 
Yeah it does look a bit metallic there doesn't it, I did take some of the saturation out of it but I think that's what the problem is. I was trying to get the contrast right against the black. Its a PITA to do again though. Ah well, it gives the general idea.
 
I really like the blue but grey got my vote as I think the grey looks more useable but it’s all personal to the user to be honest I think both will work look forward to seeing final results great work op :thumbsup:
 
LPG for me as it gives a better contrast with the body colour. Diesel would be OK as well! :rofl: Merry Xmas everybody. :D

Blue for me. I had a glacier blue TT once and i chose blue leather for that when i ordered it. Something nice about it being all coordinated
