Interior plastic removal

Has anyone had to remove the plastic panel between the seats just above the rear compartment? I've removed the 2 small square head plastic screws that are accessed from the door. Then you can pull the panel up. There are 2 catches that release about half way with a small tug. But, there's something still holding it from coming off completely. I don't want to pull any harder because I don't want to damage anything. I'm hoping someone can shed a little light on the situation. BTW------it's a 2005 Z4.

Which bit?

Thanks for the response. The first piece was the one I was talking about. I see in the one pic you've got the 2 screws out and you're lifting it up. That's how far I got and was afraid to pull anymore. I figured the next sound I would hear is something snapping and breaking. It looks like there's a velcro strip and also a tab on each side at the top. How did you get past the "bent" phase? Just keep pulling up till it lets go? Maybe lifting the very top to release the velcro and also the top tabs?

Man, those pics are just what the doctor ordered. Thanks again! :D

The velcro is not velcro, but just anti rattle stuff.

There are plastic bits at the top/side. Just pull it out with a little sideways push then it just pops out.
