Interior overhead bulbs

Can anyone tell me how to replace the overhead bulbs ? I would like to swap them for led ones but don't want to break the plastic.

Use a plastic trim removal tool and gently pry the light unit out. The light unit is complete with the SOS button and it is held in place by a number of clips around the perimeter of the unit (I can't remember the exact location of those clips). Once out you will see three plastic bulb holders which just twist and remove and the lightbulbs fit in those holders.

I've recently changed all my interior bulbs to LED, if you run your finger round the light (indicated with the orange arrows) you will feel where the light panel fits in. Use a plastic trim tool to ease it out, it either has six or 4 clips from memory and then the unit just comes down. You might have a couple of tiny small black grommets fall out, these slot into two holes in the window frame above.
