Is anyone/has anyone installed both a LeatherZ armrest & ZHP short gear knob?

I am looking to make some upgrades, but a colleague at work made the point that the higher armrest & lower gear stick position could create an uncomfortable driving position.

Does anyone have any thoughts or better still pictures.

been discussed before, the leatherz armrest is fine if you have automatic gearbox, not really suitable for manual.

Not quite the combination you are looking for but I have the LeatherZ arm rest and have recently started using a Stormworks V1 Knob without any issues, I too had reservations but they appear to be unfounded.
The Arm Rest makes long journeys far more comfoartable, no probs changing gear, it just takes about 5 mins to get used to it.
No pictures though and unable to get any before the end of the month.

I have the armrest with an auto - however I don't think it would effect manuals as the armrest does sit some way from the gear lever
