Interior Door Handle LEDs

Was looking to get some of these to clip in as the holes are already there.

Until I got a price from Soper...

Anybody have an ideas where else I can source a set? I don't mind paying £20 or so for OE but failing that I'll have to buy a load of LEDs from eBay and try to colour match as best I can.
 
this sounds interesting, im guessing u would just wire them through the door into the foot-well light or something??

would be interested in a how to for this? :)
 
My plan was to feed them from the window switch illumination. I can only guess the parts are very short in stock now and not made anymore.

Yes, he didn't but they were only £10 then, and £40+ now!

I'm actually looking to colour match with the orange interior lighting - wonder if anyone has done that before and got a good match.
 
Just get some 3mm flat head leds and put them there!

Recently kitted out my TTS interior with some led's is dead easy... Esp as yiu can get them 12v ready.

I 100% get the idea of just putting LEDs in there which will probably have to be the option unless I can find the OE units for a more reasonable price. But I want them to match instrument illumination as much as possible.

I have seen the door lighting thread and get the how to do it - so perhaps my question wasn't clear, does anybody have any LEDs that they have used that match the instrument illumination - I'm trying to minimize the amount of testing and faff of trying to source them if it's been done before.

The ones I listed are, they slot into the door handle and clip in.
