Z4m coupe will be an interesting investment I think. On the mainland they're very on the rise.

That article is hilarious, and likely a contrary indicator. It's basically saying 'buy the best and don't worry about what you pay for it'.

Look up the 'nifty fifty' (shares) and 'internet stock bubble' to see how well that investment strategy has worked out in the past.

Once the market forgets that price is important, usually because prices have risen a lot in recent years, it's a time to watch out.
